I so relate. Just this Friday, when I sat down for my weekly review, I went down one of those deep-review rabbit holes and finally dealt with The Stack. You know the one. A neat pile full of unknowns that are not on fire, but definitely unresolved. It had been growing on the corner of my desk for almost two months.

I went through everything, recycled and shredded a ton, named clear next actions, got them into Todoist, and filed what needed to be filed. The visual stress is gone. And even though I did not check off any actual tasks during that time, the peace of mind was absolutely worth it.

Tracey, you're very much describing the Sunday I'm having today. I have so many open loops it's starting to make me feel a bit squirrelly. So I've gathered all of The Stacks 😆 into one place, and I'm working my way through it all. I'm looking forward to that peace of mind in the end!

Thank you for acknowledging how overwhelming things feel right now <3.

When things are out of control, do you ever wish that Ramble could read your mind so you wouldn't need to talk? I'm a property manager and bookkeeper. There is so much going on in my head that a whisper sounds like a marching band at times. These are the times when I wish Ramble could just write the lists that I have designed in my head. (Maybe that will be a new update.) 🤔 🤞

You and me both, Melinda-Deanna! And telepathy would certainly be an interesting differentiator for the brand. 💆‍♂️😆

This is so relatable. When my personal life is going to sh*t, I make a fresh list of things to do for my business, get it done, and feel accomplished. That feeling of control in at least one part of my life!

I think we all just want to feel momentum in a positive direction, right? ❤️

I so needed this. One of my goals for this next month is to reboot my whole todoist. With ADHD, todoist keeps me anchored and it's time to re-envision what that looks like now. With the additional demands on my already fractured focus, I need to, as Virginia Randolph would say, focus on "the next needed thing."

Thanks for the reminder.

A Todoist reboot is one of my favourite things to do when I need a fresh start Suzanne! Make it fun for yourself, set time aside, grab a lovely snack or drink, and great music. 🎶

Ooh the alarm feature is what I need! When will this be available on Android?

I wish I could give you a "when" Sarah, but all I know is that it's in the works. We'll definitely let it be known when it's out in the world. ❤️

I sure hope focusing on what’s close to home includes engaging with community, on showing up for each other, and making plans to push back against facism. Now is not a time to bury our heads in our micro bubbles and ignore the chaos.

The piece was about focusing on what we can influence, which for many people includes community, mutual support, and meaningful action.

It was also written (as with all our newsletters) for a global audience facing very different realities. The hope was to help people stay grounded so they can show up where it matters most to them. ❤️

This is definitely not the hustle culture newsletter. 😆 We get a lot done around here, and stay sane while we're doing it. ❤️
